Dutch auction session rules
- Each lot's price drops automatically on the schedule published on its page — the schedule is never changed after the session opens.
- The reference price is our regular in-store list price; we never inflate it to fake a discount.
- Each lot has only one piece; the first person to press Buy now closes it at the displayed price.
- Want to close earlier at a different price? Send an offer — we reply within the business day.
- Closing a session requires a 20% deposit of the lot price by bank transfer to hold it (like the earnest money in an auction); the balance is due on pickup. If you miss the pickup date by 3 days , we keep only 30% of the deposit, refund the remaining 70%, and the lot reopens.
- Prices are for the frame only, lenses not included. In-store pickup includes a free eye exam, frame fitting and lens advice.
- Display pieces or items with cosmetic flaws are described clearly with real photos; anything not matching its description can be returned or exchanged under our policy.
