Starter offers to help first-time customers try the store and come back

Book online to receive a 10% voucher up to 400,000 VND for use in store.
If someone comes from a referral link or code, the system saves that code and applies it during checkout or booking.
After the first purchase, the account starts storing purchase history, warranty, and loyalty points for future use.

Birthday gift

Birthday offer for loyalty customers

Besides loyalty and referral vouchers, the system also runs a dedicated birthday voucher with a valid window before and after the customer birthday.

How to use

Once a code is issued, the customer simply shows or reads the code to the staff at checkout for validation.

The offer is sent through Zalo ZNS using CRM data.
The goal is to bring the customer back for an eye check or another purchase.

Customers who bought 13 to 24 months ago are handled by a dedicated reactivation cron with its own comeback message.

The 24 to 36 month window is handled separately in the cron.
It is delivered through Zalo ZNS rather than a fixed on-page code.
The reminder message can differ from shorter inactivity groups.

Customers inactive for a very long time are handled by a separate cron. On this landing page the offer is shown as a promo card so Zalo visitors can still understand the program.

Loyalty vouchers are redeemed directly from the loyalty program.
Referral vouchers appear only after an eligible order has been paid successfully.
Booking vouchers appear after an online booking is submitted successfully.
Reactivation offers for old customers are sent according to past purchase windows through CRM and Zalo ZNS.

Conditions currently reflected in the code

Referral vouchers currently use the default setup: 10% off up to 500,000 VND.
A referred order must reach at least 500,000 VND to qualify for the reward.
Referral vouchers are valid for 90 days from creation by default.
