    When the correct lens SKU is already at the store and the prescription isn’t unusually complex, finishing is often very quick (many cases around ~15 minutes). Before we start, staff give you a clear wait estimate — no guessing game.

    A few millimetres off or a wrong PD is enough for a week of dizziness. A thorough workflow helps reduce measurement risk before the lens goes into the machine — especially with high myopia, astigmatism, or switching lens types.

Progressive RX · premium lenses (often above ~5,000,000₫)

Pre-order → quick pickup at the counter

Custom progressive lenses to RX, or expensive premium lenses (often above about 5,000,000₫), are not stocked in our warehouse — each eye is a unique configuration, high value, and must be ordered to code. That doesn’t mean an uncontrolled long wait: on the website, on each lens product page, there is a “Pre-order at store” button for exactly this need.

Pick the exact lens on lens product pages, tap pre-order — inbound time is usually 1–3 days depending on brand and SKU (we confirm the exact timing for you).

Stock arrives — we schedule your visit

Lenses arrive to order; you can also book via Zalo / hotline to pick a convenient time.

Step 3

At the store ~15 minutes

Once the correct lenses are here, we finish cut and mount: checks, unsealing with you if applicable, and processing — usually about 15 minutes for the mounting stage, similar to express jobs (after stock is ready).

Note: “15 minutes” at the final step is counter time when stock exists; inbound wait is 1–3 days depending on product. Staff always explain both before you commit.

  1. ANeeds intake: you bring old glasses / prescription / symptoms; we clarify distance, near work, driving, screen use… so we don’t pick the wrong lens type.
  2. BMeasure & cross-check: full test steps; compare with an old Rx (if any) to flag meaningful changes before cutting.
  3. CPlan & quote: you hear frames + lenses + extras (if any). We only start work after both sides agree.
  4. DCut & mount — check — handover: finished on synced equipment, quick check before wear; care tips and follow-up / adjustment notes if needed.

Pricing & warranty — said once, clearly

Prices are listed per product on the web and at the counter; your final total depends on frames + lenses + coatings / index. We don’t quote low on purpose then add later — that only hurts trust when guests read the invoice.

Warranty follows each brand and product line; scope and duration are recorded so you can wear with confidence. Later lookups: Zalo / hotline with order details.

Does everyone get glasses in 15 minutes?
No. ~15 minutes applies when a suitable lens is in stock and the order isn’t unusual. If a special order is needed, we state inbound wait time clearly — see the special section (progressive / premium) above.
I only have an old Rx / photo, no glasses — is that OK?
Yes — bring a clear photo or paper; we cross-check and consider remeasuring if something looks off versus how you see now.
Do I need an appointment?
Not required, but booking via Zalo / web helps us prepare for peak times — especially weekends or after work.
