1. Examination Area 1 (Nguyen Thong Gate)
First-time examination (no medical record)
- Step 1: Queue to take a number. Prepare your ID and present it to the staff for entry into the system.
- Step 2: Receive a number with the patient's name from the hospital staff and proceed to the area to purchase a medical record.
- Step 3: Wait in the waiting area until your number is called, monitoring the display board for your number to register for examination.
- Step 4: When your number appears on the screen, go to that counter to present your number, medical record, and any documents: ID card, health insurance card, referral letter, etc., for the staff to register you for examination.
- Step 5: Go to the examination room number indicated in your medical record and wait for your number to be displayed on the screen before entering the examination room.
Follow-up examination (already have an old medical record or hospital prescription)
- Step 1: Queue to take a number. Prepare your existing medical record with the patient number or hospital prescription.
- Step 2: Enter the patient number into the kiosk to scan and receive a number with the patient's name.
- Then, follow the same steps as above in steps 3, 4, and 5.
2. Examination Area 2 (Ba Huyen Thanh Quan Gate)
First-time examination (no medical record)
- Step 1: Queue to take a number.
- Step 2: Go to the table to fill in all information and the number.
- Step 3: Wait in the waiting area until your number is called, monitoring the display board for your number to register for examination.
- Step 4: When your number appears on the screen, go to the table to purchase a medical record.
- Step 5: Submit your medical record along with your number to the security guard before the counter, for the staff to register you for examination.
- Step 6: Go to the table number indicated in your medical record, wait for your number to be displayed on the screen in the waiting area to enter the vision measurement and examination room.
Follow-up examination (already have an old medical record or hospital prescription)
- Step 1: Queue to take a number.
- Step 2: Wait in the waiting area until your number is called for registration, monitoring the display board for your number to register for examination.
- Continue to follow steps 5 and 6 above.
3. Buying Medication
Patients can buy medication at the hospital pharmacy or outside depending on personal needs. For patients who want to buy medication at the hospital pharmacy, please follow these steps:
- Submit your medical record and prescription here.
- Wait to be called in the order of submission.
